about me

I graduated with a Master’s degree in International Law in 2008 (Panthéon-Assas University, Paris 2), and went on to become a journalist. I began in the legal and economic fields (Les Echos, France’s leading economic daily), before moving into international reporting with the global news channel France 24, where I worked for four years.
In 2015, I fulfilled a lifelong dream by becoming an independent international reporter in print journalism. The ethics of my profession lie at the heart of everything I do: field reporting that is long-form, in-depth, and rigorous—free of dogma and personal opinion. I self-finance all of my reporting in order to remain neutral and free from ideological pressure.
I write the text — both reportage and geopolitical analysis. I also take the photographs and design the maps.
Over the course of my career, I’ve initiated around fifteen investigative projects across the globe, published in some of France’s most prestigious outlets: Le Monde diplomatique, France 24, TV5Monde, Paris Match, and the international affairs journal Diplomatie.
Since 2020, I’ve worked as a war correspondent. These extremely dangerous and harrowing experiences have shaped me deeply, helping me grow as a person and strengthening my pacifist and humanitarian beliefs.
I’ve reported from the front lines of the WAR in Lebanon between Israel and Hezbollah (October 2024), Taliban-controlled Afghanistan (May–June 2022), and the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan (October–November 2020).
I’ve also conducted investigations and in-depth reporting in Chechnya and Dagestan (Russia), Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Japan, and the United States.
